Nydegger Plume Agate 18

Nydegger is a vary rare plume agate that showcases incredibly detailed and delicate plumes.  Occasionally some pieces will have pastel pink, peach and yellow tones.  If you like working with druzy pockets and/or open cabs this material will make fantastic pieces.  This material was mined in the late 60’s and early 70’s from the Nydegger ranch near Post, Oregon and has since been closed to the public for digging.  This is a great opportunity to add a very rare and high quality specimen to your collection.

Origin:  Oregon

Dimensions: 5.5" x 4.5" and approximately 6.7 mm thick.  Weight = 191 grams.
