Spiderweb Jasper Slab 98

Spiderweb Jasper is a lapidary material from Oregon.  It is noted for its red/brown webbing on a green background with occasional agate “eyes".  It normally contains a fair number of fractures, but does yield some very interesting cabs if one is patient enough to work around the flaws.  A hard jasper material with some agate present, it takes a great polish and is relatively easy to work with.

Dimensions:  4.5" x 3.75" and approximately 6.6 mm thick.  Weight = 91 grams.
